The hob or cooking zones cannot be switched on power

Årsag: The mains fuse has tripped

Løsning

Reset the trip switch in the mains fuse box (minimum fuse rating - see data plate)

The hob or cooking zones cannot be switched on power

Årsag: There may be a technical fault

Løsning

Disconnect the appliance from the electricity supply for approx. 1 minute by switching off at the isolator or disconnecting the mains fuse. Reset the trip switch in the mains fuse box, and switch the appliance back on. If it still will not switch on, contact a qualified electrician or the Miele Service Department.

A smell and vapours are given off when a new appliance is being used other

Årsag: Normal for new appliance

Løsning

The smell and vapours will be less noticeable with each subsequent use before dissipating completely

The ß symbol flashes alternately with the power setting selected in one of the cooking zones performance

Årsag: There is no pan on the cooking zone, or the pan is unsuitable

After the hob is switched on, LC appears in the timer display for a few seconds other

Power level 9 is automatically reduced if you select power level 9 on two linked cooking zones or extended zones at the same time performance

Årsag: Operating both zones at power level 9 would exceed the permitted maximum power level for the two zones

Use a lower power level or operate only one zone at power level 9

The hob switches off while it is in use and a flash appears in the timer display performance

Årsag: One or more of the sensors have been covered, e.g. by finger contact, food boiling over or by an object such as an oven glove

Løsning

Clean the control panel or remove the obstruction (see Safety switch-off instructions)

The food in the pan does not heat up when the Auto heat-up function is switched on performance

Årsag: There is too much food in the pan or the pan is not conducting heat properly

Start cooking at the highest power level and then turn down to a lower one manually later on. Ensure you are using a suitable pan.

Årsag: Normal operation

Løsning

The fan will continue running until the appliance has cooled down. It will then switch itself off automatically.

U and numbers are flashing in the cooking zone displays and an audible tone is sounding installation

Connect the hob to the mains according to the wiring diagrams

E or ER and numbers are flashing in the cooking zone displays power

Årsag: There is an electronic fault

Løsning

Interrupt the power supply to the hob for approx. 1 minute. If the problem persists after reconnecting the appliance to the power supply, please contact the Miele Service department.

De mest almindelige spørgsmål om Miele KM 6366 PowerFlex.

Alle induktionsspolen og kølingselementerne til elektronikken er udstyret med en overheating protection mekanisme. Før induktionsspolen eller kølingselementerne bliver for varme, skærer overheating protection mekanismen ind ved at slukke for booster funktionen, reducere strømniveauet eller slukke for kogefladen automatisk. E2 vises i kogefladen display.

Overheating protection mekanismen kan udløses af: opvarmning af en tom pande, fedtstof eller olie opvarmet på højt strømniveau, utilstrækkelig ventilation til undersiden af apparatet, eller en varm kogeflade der slås til efter strømafbrydelse.

Apparatet bør rengøres efter hver brug. Lad det køle ned til stuetemperatur før rengøring. Brug en mørk stof til at tørre apparatet efter rengøring for at undgå vandmærker og kalkaflejringer. Rengør regelmæssigt kogefladen med et egnet keramisk kogeflade-rengøringsmiddel fra Miele. Tør først grov snavs af med en fugtig klud, rengør derefter med rengøringsmidlet påført køkkenpapir eller en ren klud, og tør til sidst med en blød tør klud.

Du må ikke bruge vaskemiddel, rengøringsmidler indeholdende soda, baser, ammoniak, syrer eller klorider, rengøringsmidler indeholdende aflimningsstoffer, plet- eller rustfjernere, slibende rengøringsmidler, opløsningsmiddel-baserede rengøringsmidler, opvaskemaskinerens rengøringsmiddel, grill- og ovnrengøringsmidler, glassrengøringsmidler, eller hårde slibende børster og svampe.

LC betyder, at systemlåsen er aktiveret. Du kan deaktivere systemlåsen ved at følge instruktionerne i Safety lock / System lock afsnittet.

Der kan være flere årsager: hovedafbryderen kan være sprunget ud (reset afbryderen i elektricitetsfordelingskassen), eller der kan være en teknisk fejl (sluk apparatet i mindst 1 minut, genstart og prøv igen, eller kontakt en kvalificeret elektriker eller Miele Service).

Kogefladen kan lukke af automatisk hvis den har været i brug for længe (sikkerhedsafbryder), eller hvis overheating protection mekanismen er aktiveret. Du kan bruge kogefladen igen ved at slå den tilbage til.

Der kan være for meget mad i panden, eller panden leder ikke varmen korrekt. Start tilberedningen på højeste strømniveau og skru derefter ned til et lavere niveau manuelt senere. Sørg for at bruge en passende pande.

Ja, det er normalt. Ventilatoren vil fortsætte med at køre, indtil apparatet er kølet ned. Den vil derefter lukke af automatisk.
