Chassis water filling fault

1-Cut off the electricity. 2-Close the valve. 3-Get in touch with the authorized service.

Water outage error / Filter is blocked

1-Cut off the electricity connection. 2-Cut off the water connection. 3-Remove water inlet hose. 4-Check and clean the filter. 5-Establish the water connection. 6-Establish the electricity connection. If the error continues, close your dishwasher and get in touch with the authorized service.

Temperature sensor in the dishwasher is faulty

1-Close your dishwasher. 2-Get in touch with the authorized service.

Flowmeter is faulty

1-Cut off the electricity. 2-Close the valve. 3-Get in touch with the authorized service.

Årsag: The power plug may not be plugged in, the On/Off button may not have been pressed, the fuse may have blown, water may not be coming out, or the machine's door may be open

Check if the power plug is plugged in. Make sure you turned on the machine by pressing the On/Off button. Check the fuses in your home. Make sure the water inlet tap is open. Make sure you close the machine's door.

Årsag: Dishes are placed irregularly, inappropriate program selected, dishes are very dirty, propellers are stuck, impeller holes are clogged, filters are clogged, filters not installed correctly, baskets are overloaded, detergent stored under inappropriate conditions, not enough detergent added, or rinse aid is insufficient

Place the dishes as specified in the user manual. Select a program that washes at a higher temperature and for a longer time. Remove coarse dirt from your dishes with a napkin. Turn the upper and lower propellers by hand to make sure they are turning freely. Clean the impellers regularly. Check that the filter system is clean and installed correctly. Do not load baskets beyond their capacity. Store detergent in a lidded storage container. Add the appropriate amount of detergent according to the soiling level. Check the rinse aid warning indicator and add rinse aid if necessary, or increase the rinse aid setting.

Årsag: Dishes are placed irregularly, rinse aid is insufficient, the machine was emptied immediately after the wash cycle, an unsuitable program was selected, or Teflon kitchenware is being used

Place your dishes in a way that prevents water from accumulating in them. Check the rinse aid warning indicator and add rinse aid if necessary, or increase the rinse aid setting. Do not unload your machine immediately after the cycle is complete. Leave the door ajar to allow the steam inside to escape, then unload the machine once the dishes have cooled. Start unloading from the lower basket. Select longer programs for higher drying performance. Note that Teflon kitchenware naturally experiences drying issues due to its structure.

Årsag: Inappropriate program selected, damaged kitchenware surface quality, or detergent stored under inappropriate conditions

Select a program that washes at a higher temperature and for a longer time. Do not wash kitchenware with damaged surfaces in the dishwasher. If using powder detergent, do not store the detergent packaging in damp areas. Store it in a lidded storage container. Recommend using tablet detergent for ease of storage.

Årsag: Rinse aid is insufficient, water hardness setting is low, or salt level is insufficient

Check the rinse aid warning indicator and add rinse aid if necessary. If there is sufficient rinse aid in the machine, increase the rinse aid setting. Check the water hardness setting by measuring the hardness of the mains water accurately. Ensure the salt level is sufficient.
